The model suits agents whose value scales with volume, such as voice, support and automation agents. The listings under this model show the published unit price where there is one, on the date it was checked, and note when a platform fee applies as well.
Estimate your volume before comparing. A per-minute voice agent and a per-resolution support agent are cheap to try and can be expensive at scale; the vendor's pricing page has the tiers.
