What it does
Agentforce is Salesforce's platform for building agents that resolve cases, answer questions, schedule appointments and process requests across service, sales, HR, field service and IT, escalating to a person when needed. In Agent Builder you customise pre-built agents or create new ones by writing natural language instructions, defining subagents and assembling an action library from Flows, Apex, JavaScript and MuleSoft APIs, then deploy across web, phone, apps, messaging and Slack. Every Salesforce customer can start with Salesforce Foundations for free, and usage is billed as Flex Credits, per conversation or per user.
