What it does
Dust is a workspace for building and running custom agents on company knowledge, with more than 70 connectors to tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce and Zendesk. Agents draw on 20 or more models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral and take on tasks such as ticket triage, drafting responses, code reviews and proposals, with people guiding the work and reviewing what agents do. Seats are priced in credits, from a free seat to Pro and Max, and Enterprise adds pooled credits, SCIM and single-tenant deployment.
