What it does
Cassidy is a platform on which non-technical teams build AI agents with natural language and multi-step workflows grounded in company knowledge. It syncs documents from Google Drive, SharePoint and OneDrive, meeting transcripts, CRM records and company files, and deploys agents into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Chrome, Word, Excel and Outlook. Outputs include proposal and RFP drafts, triaged and routed tickets, CRM field updates and meeting summaries. Admins set organisation-wide guardrails and role-based access, and a free Starter plan includes 10,000 AI credits a month.
