What it does

Zapier Agents are agents a user creates in Zapier, with help from Zapier Copilot, to do work across the apps Zapier connects to. A user describes the agent, connects business data, adds FAQs, docs and links as knowledge, and the agent then runs on command or on its own, with an activity log to monitor. Zapier shows prebuilt templates such as automating Zendesk tickets, classifying expenses into Google Sheets and working in Slack, GitHub and Google Docs. Agents are priced by monthly activities, with a free allowance and paid tiers above it.
