What it does

Copilot for Power BI is a chat experience inside Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service. Business users ask questions about an open report, or in the standalone experience about any report or semantic model they can access, and get summaries and answers grounded in the semantic model. Report authors use it to create and edit report pages, write DAX queries and add measure descriptions, and model authors use it to review model design. It requires a paid Fabric capacity of F2 or higher or Power BI Premium P1 or higher, with usage billed to that capacity by token consumption.
