Productivity agents

Agents that manage tasks, notes, inboxes, meetings and everyday admin for one person or a team.

15 agents, each with its inputs, outputs and review level checked by a person.

Productivity agents handle the everyday work that fills a calendar and an inbox: triaging email, drafting replies, scheduling meetings, taking notes and action items from calls, keeping tasks and documents in order, and answering questions from a team's own knowledge. They run inside the tools people already use or alongside them. The listings show what each agent connects to, what it does on its own and what it drafts for a person to confirm.

When choosing, decide how much you want done without you. Meeting note-takers and inbox organisers act quietly and are low risk. Agents that send email, book time or update tasks on your behalf need the review level and the connected accounts checked. If your team lives in one suite, an agent built into it will need the least setup.

Questions

Which of these agents act without asking?

The review level on each listing says whether outputs are drafts for you to confirm, optional to review, or acted on automatically. Meeting summaries are usually automatic; sending and booking are usually confirmed.

Do productivity agents need access to my whole inbox and calendar?

Most need read access to what they organise and write access for what they act on. The inputs section lists what the vendor documents as required; the catalogue does not verify the permissions it actually requests.

Is there a free option?

Several agents in this category publish a free tier with limits. The pricing facet page lists agents by model, and each listing shows the price the vendor published on the date it was checked.
