What it does
ZoomMate is Zoom's AI assistant that works from meetings, chat messages, calendars and uploaded files. It writes meeting summaries and notes, answers questions across transcripts, chats and documents, and turns conversations into slides, spreadsheets and documents. Users can run prebuilt agents for sales, IT, marketing and finance, build custom agents connected to apps such as Salesforce, Jira, Google Drive and OneDrive, and set workflows that run on events, schedules or messages. A free Basic tier covers a limited number of meetings and queries a month and the paid Standard tier adds monthly AI credits and unlimited note taking.
