What it does
Motion combines projects, tasks, calendar, meeting notes and docs in one app and uses AI to plan them. A user adds tasks with priorities, deadlines and durations, or describes a project with supporting docs, and Motion builds the plan and places work on the calendar, rescheduling through the day as things change. It also records meetings and turns notes into tasks. Plans are priced per seat and include a monthly allowance of AI credits.
