What it does
Otter.ai joins meetings on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, records on desktop or through a Chrome extension, and accepts uploaded audio and video. It produces a live transcript with speaker recognition, a summary with decisions and action items, and an AI chat that answers questions across past meetings. Sales teams get CRM-ready insights synced to Salesforce and HubSpot. A free Basic plan includes 300 transcription minutes a month, with Pro, Business and Enterprise plans above it.
