What it does

Workable Agent runs the top of the hiring funnel inside Workable. It searches more than 400 million profiles for fits, evaluates every applicant against up to 14 job criteria with written reasoning, messages candidates to verify interest and fill gaps, and produces a scored shortlist with invitations to screening calls. Recruiters can review, edit or override any action and there is an admin kill switch. The agent is a credit-based add-on to Workable plans, which start at $299 a month, and each paid account includes 3,000 credits.
