Teams define the role in Interview Studio, candidates answer in a text conversation, and the Talent Intelligence Agent scores each one with an explanation for the rating that recruiters use to decide. Sapia charges per hire with no cap on interviews and integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS and other ATS platforms.
