What it does
Slang.ai is a phone answering agent for restaurants. It answers inbound guest calls about reservations, hours, directions, menu items, allergens and promotions, completes reservations through OpenTable, SevenRooms, Tripleseat or Yelp, and sends staff real-time alerts for topics such as private dining requests or complaints. When it cannot answer it transfers the call to a staff member or texts contact details to the guest. The Core plan starts at $399 per month per location and Premium at $599, with Enterprise priced on request.
