What it does
Ramp's agents run inside its spend management platform and act on expenses and invoices as they arrive: they code each transaction, match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, enforce company policy, flag anomalies and fake documents and approve what is safe while escalating the rest. Employees can text the agent with questions. No money moves without a person confirming, and every decision is auditable and can be adjusted, with results synced to the company's ERP.
