What it does

OpenHands is an open source platform for running software engineering agents from a web GUI, a CLI, an SDK for embedding in your own applications, or an enterprise deployment. You give it an engineering task and it works through the code with Git integrations, Jira and Slack connections and MCP tool support, and you can bring your own model key. The local version is MIT licensed and free, the cloud Individual plan is free with ten conversations a day, and Enterprise adds a private VPC, SSO and unlimited conversations.
