What it does
Momentum, now part of Salesforce, captures customer calls and other interactions and runs four agents on them. The Deal Execution Agent updates Salesforce fields and saves notes and suggested tasks, the Customer Retention Agent flags churn risk and sentiment, the CRO Agent writes executive briefs and forecasts, and the Coaching Agent scores calls. Plans start at $69 per user per month on annual billing.
