Spellbook reads contracts pulled from email, Slack, Word, Google Docs and document stores, gives them a first-pass review and redlines them against the team's own playbook. It drafts new clauses and full agreements from precedent, answers questions about a contract, benchmarks terms against industry standards and stores signed agreements with renewal and risk monitoring. The Associate agent handles work that spans several documents at once, and a lawyer accepts or rejects every change.
